The City of Green Cove Springs' Street Maintenance Division is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians throughout the City. These responsibilities include the maintenance of all City streets, replacement of curbs and sidewalks, mowing, maintaining all traffic control devices and pavement markings, planning and inspecting the Annual Paving and Resurfacing Program.
