In 1907, the Qui-Si-Sana opened on the same location as the Clarendon Hotel, at the southwest corner of Magnolia Avenue and Walnut Street. It was of Spanish Architecture and was built around an indoor court. The dining room was on one side, the lobby on another, rooms and utility services on a third side. Facing the Sulfur Spring was a large sunroom. There was a covered veranda around three sides of the building. This was a popular hotel as late as 1930. Like the Clarendon, the Qui-Si-Sana controlled the Spring and a new building with a covered pool and private baths was built of matching architecture.

The Qui-Si-Sana advertised a number of activities including; golf, tennis, boating, fishing, hunting, bathing in famous mineral spring swimming pool--temperature 78 degrees--particularly beneficial for arthritis and kindred ailments-- and violet ray sunbaths. Mineral spring water was used throughout hotel. Eggs, butter, poultry and vegetables were secured fresh daily from Penney Farms.  They boasted of excellent cuisine and would cater to special diets of their guest. The hotel was steam heated throughout, modern, most importantly (considering the previous hotel burned down) fireproof. The Qui-Si-Sana boasted of fifty rooms and fifty baths.

The Qui-Si-Sana was demolished in 2002 to make way for the Green Cove Springs City Hall Building which is still located there today.
