Meet Your Public Information Officer:
Heather Fincher joined the City of Green Cove Springs as Public Information Officer on June 4, 2024. She has over 12 years of experience in public affairs in the corporate sector and has a proven track record of successful community relations efforts. With a strong background in community engagement and a passion for Green Cove Springs, Heather is dedicated to keeping you informed and connected. 

Heather received her Bachelors of Science/Communications degree from the University of North Florida and is a member of the Florida Municipal Communicators Association.
