Freeze Watch until Friday, January 16, 2026

The US National Weather Center has issued a freeze watch for our area from Thursday morning until Friday morning, January 15-16. Take a few simple steps now to protect your home and save on repairs:

Keep outdoor spigots flowing (not just dripping)

Protect irrigation systems and pumps

Run pool pumps during freezing conditions

Check docks, outbuildings, RVs & campers

Insulate backflow prevention devices

Keep indoor temperatures consistent

Use space heaters safely & check smoke detectors
